Website information

Accessibility

We want the project’s information and contact route to be usable by people with different access needs.

Our approach

The design target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Assessment and improvement continue; this page does not make a formal conformance claim.

The site includes keyboard navigation, a skip link, visible focus indicators, persistent form labels and responsive reading layouts. Research comparison tables can scroll within their own region. Navigation and a direct email link remain available without JavaScript.

Report a barrier

Email danielyoonsik.choi@mail.utoronto.ca, or use the contact page to prepare an accessibility enquiry.

If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and the browser or assistive technology you use. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

Accessible information

If you need information in another format or a different way to communicate, tell us which content you need and what would work for you. We will work with you to identify a practical way to provide it.

Ontario’s guidance on accessible information and communication and website accessibility provides useful background. User feedback will help identify issues that design checks alone can miss.
